Fight Foreclosure Fraud

There is a growing trend in the DuPage County Court System that takes power away from the people and places the power into the hands of corrupt judges that are willing to "rubberstamp" whatever is instructed of them.

Government officials and their co-conspirators are stealing government insured loans (via FHA or student loans) and flipping these loans for their own personal benefit.

They refuse payment in order to force you into foreclosure as a means of retaliation. Then they take you to court and receive a void judgment & order from one of their corrupt judges to evict you from your property.

They then sell your property and receive all the equity value in the house, fees & whatever else they can get from their victim.

In my case, due to extrinsic fraud, I was denied due process and protection under the law. According to the 5th, 7th and 14th amendments and 735 ILCS 5/9-108, these judges took away my inalienable right to a jury trial. The 7th amendment states that I have a right to have facts in controversy determined by a verdict of impartial jurors.

Government officials such as Attorneys: Codilis & Associates, P.C. and their greedy clients (JPMorgan Chase & Co. owner of Chase Home Finance LLC, et al.) are using the court system to execute a Mortgage Foreclosure Scam designed to steal homes from the American people. These vultures have created a Mortgage Foreclosure Scam whereby they are receiving void judgments from corrupt judges.

Through these illegal foreclosures, the service providers and their co-conspirators receive all the equity in their victim's homes, service providers receive the home itself to be sold at market value, service providers receive tax breaks, foreclosure fees, etc.

These corrupt judges that are working with these corporations are inappropriately using their judicial powers to hide evidence through illegal striking evidence from the record so that these corporations can escape the consequences of their outrageous and deceitful actions. And, these corrupt judges are inappropriately using their judicial powers to block jury trials so that litigants (especially pro se) cannot receive a fair trial and present all of their evidence (case) in order to receive a fair-minded verdict, which is what happened to me (Pearlean Johnson). This is pure fraud upon the court – extrinsic fraud – committed by the court (The Circuit Court For the 18th Judicial District).

Attorneys and judges should not be able to use their licenses to practice law nor use the court to legalize their illegal activity. The judicial system should not be used as a method to legalize and enforce illegal contracts. Nor should the judicial system be used as a “shield” to protect officers of the court and their co-conspirators from their consequences of participating in an illegal conspiracy.
